The contract approval will now require a special Commission meeting to approve the individual contracts for simulcasting of the tracks under the Monarch umbrella. Those tracks include Santa Anita, Del Mar, Golden Gate, Sonoma County Fair, Gulfstream Park, Laurel Park, Pimlico, Timonium, Monmouth Park, Meadowlands, Los Alamitos thoroughbreds, Australia and Latin American racing. Turf has been without the Monarch signals for the past 294 days.
