Turf Paradise offers many different and unique areas for your wedding reception.
From the Director's suite terrace where the night lights of the Phoenix Skyline add their own special twinkle, to the Turf Club terrace or the spaciousness of the trackside patio; Turf Paradise can accommodate 50 to 500 with enchanting views of the mountains, lakes and surrounding areas. Our professional staff will attend to you and your guest every need, where you can feel confident and relaxed to enjoy your special day.

Executive Chef Gareth Jones will create an amazing culinary feast that will be both pleasing and tantalizing to the senses. To assist you with your special day we will provide the following:

• We offer a limited selection of linens complimentary with your event
package, specialty linens, dance floors, props or other dramatic
enhancements can be arranged at an additional charge. Of course
contracted professionals and any specialty items provided by these persons
must be approved and details may need to be provided to our staff to avoid
unforeseen difficulties with scheduling and accommodating the outside
parties. We would prefer to coordinate the arrival of items such as the
flowers and cake in order to better serve you.
• We will also provide mirrors centerpieces and votive candles to enhance
the tables complimentary, along with additional tables such as a cake
table, gift tables, registration tables or tables for disc jockeys. Any
additional rental items will be agreed upon prior to the event and any
charges incurred will be passed on to the client.
• A changing room can also be provided for the immediate family however
we can not be responsible for loss or theft from either the changing rooms
or the gift tables. We do suggest a family member be assigned to secure
valuables and gather gifts at the end of the reception period.
 

RECEPTION

The length of the reception should be planned to accommodate several things,
plenty of photos for many years of memories to come, a social time for your
guests to mingle and meet one another but keep in mind a lengthy beginning
may keep more than the guests waiting, the cake, the flowers and the spectacular
foods await you and your guests. We will take great pride in presenting the bride
and groom to the guests while minding the details and presenting them at their
freshest.
