We have four private dining suites available for your events.
 
 The Directors Suite - Our Luxury Penthouse offering breathtaking views of the track with the gorgeous mountainous backdrop. Interior seating up can accommodate up to 70 with additional seating on the patio for up to 170 guests. Private Bar and Mutual Windows, 20 monitors throughout. 50 person minimum based on food & Beverage packages. Only a premium bar is available with a one time $125 bar set up fee.
 
 The Turf Terrace: Located one level below the Directors Suite adjacent to our Turf Club. The Turf Terrace is a beautiful dining room, seating 270, 30 monitors, a private terrace overlooking the track, and private mutual windows.. Only a premium bar is available with a one time $125 bar set up fee .  100 person minimum based on food & beverage packages.

 
 The Turf Club: Our VIP dining room, set in tiered levels, with tables of 4-6 each. The dining room can accommodate up to 400 guests and is available, based on availability for private occasions. There are personalized monitors on each table as well as many throughout. 400 person minimum based on food & beverage packages.
 
 The Silks Lounge: Located just off the Turf Club, and can accommodate up to 60 of your closest friends in the round, with a private bar, mutual windows, and terrace. 50 person minimum based on food & beverage packages.
 
 
 Our talented Executive Chef and his culinary team have created an innovative menu package sure to please all. Our trained professional staff is there to service your guests so you can relax & enjoy the fun. Simply select our Phoenix Gold Cup Admission Package below in addition to one of our menu packages and you are off the races.

Designed for groups of 20 or more in addition to your menu selection.  Includes admission & seat charge to your selected event location in the Clubhouse, Turf Club, Turf Club Terrace, Directors Suite or Directors Suite Terrace.  General Parking, daily racing program, how to wager & horse racing terminology guide, 15% discount to our Gift Shop.   

We will name a race in honor or your group which will be printed in the program,  announced over the PA system, and listed on the Tote Board.  We will escort up to 8 members of your group to watch your race trackside & then proceed into the winners circle for a photo with the winning horse, trainer & owner. 

You will receive a souvenir 8x10 photo to take back to your business.
